Developed by Beijing Jiangong Machinery Construction Co., Ltd., China's first main hoisting system rear-mounted balance rope design, ZKL800 type electric crawler-type long spiral drilling special pile driver was put into use.
The pile driver has a reasonable structure and can realize 360-degree obstacle-free rotation, which is suitable for drilling operations with a diameter of 40-80 cm. Compared with the conventional walking pile driver, there are several advanced points: the crawler can be expanded and contracted, and the variation range is 3.9-5.5 meters; the trailer can be hauled up and down by itself or the whole; the cost of the large-tonnage crane is saved; the pile column has an exchange Sex, save assembly time; transport height is low, can pass over 4 meters overpass.
